Never before have I seen such beans

So with the baby all but here (due date was yesterday), I’m making lots of food that freezes well so we can eat it later. I made a double batch of uncle mo’s famous red beans and rice at the same time I’m making chicken noodle soup, so I had to use the smaller pot for the beans (whole chicken goes in the other pot). it barely fits! should be really good though.
