Not that I would wish a DoS on anyone (although in the abstract they’re kind of interesting), I wouldn’t be surprised if the ultimate reason for the attack was traced back to their horrible sales practices.
We’ve considered talking to a lawyer about getting some sort of cease and desist against them, they’re that bad.
