Single Malt Scotches
I try lots of random scotches (ones that are on sale at the liquor store), and they all sound alike, so I thought I should start writing down the ones I try (and what I think of them).
Speyside
Tamnavulin 12 Year ($32-ish)
pretty light in color and mild in taste. somewhat of an initial bite, almost pine-y or juniper-y. not really much peat or anything like that.
